Default Suddenly will not sleep...

Home Premium, set to SLEEP when lid is closed. It did
but now it does not. I did not change things.

So ??

System Restore to a time before the problem started.

If I never learn what makes problems I will always
system restore to same date and can never add things or
make changes. I need to understand.
