Default Start Menu "right" click context menu

How do you delete items on the context menu when you right click the Start
Menu?

I did find some information and was able to delete a couple of them in the
Registry.(VERY CAREFULLY)

But I know that some are apparently not able to be deleted such as Open,
Explore and Search. But there are two left that I can't find any info on
deleting them.

They are: Add to 'Windows Media Player List and Play with Windows Media
Player.

I would appreciate any suggestions or help.

Thanks.

google for "nirsoft shexview"

download it, run as administrator, and look towards the bottom where you
will see those exact shell extensions and right click and disable them...

of course by doing so they will not be avalable anywhere (not only the start
menu)
