Default Re: some of the start menu items don't work!

Many thanks!!! Finally I've solved the problem!!

I followed the instructions in the link you've gave me, installed the
Shexview, and then "... disable non-Microsoft context menu handlers
*one-by-one* and verify if the problem is solved. If disabling one does not
solve the problem, undo the disabled item and disable the next non-Microsoft
handler. Do the same until the problem is solved and finally identify the
culprit...".

Finally, I found out that "DriveHQ Online Backup" is the culprit! Disable
it, and everything comes OK now!!

Here I give some details about the "DriveHQ Online Backup":

Extension Name: DriveHQ Online Backup;
Product Name: DriveHQMenu Dynamic Link Library;
Filename: d:\Program Files\DriveHQ\DriveHQ Online Backup 3.8\BackupMenu.dll;
CLSID: {80B7F271-5A28-4C8D-B26F-3498B343049D}
File Extensions: *, Directory, Folder

Thanks again for your kind help!! ^_^

dommer2000 is on a distinguished road
Default Webex was the culprit

Thanks - method 2 worked for me. I disabled a Webex menu item and everything started working again.
