Default Some "help" links in Vista do not work

I have a new PC with Vista SP1 and notice that some of the "Help" links
do not work. For example, in the Windows Photo Gallery if I click the
help (?) symbol, nothing happens. Also, sometimes on a dialog box
there's a link for more help, some links work, others do not.

I can open Vista Help & Support and links from other applications do
work.

Do any Vista help files need registering? Has anyone else had this
problem?

Adrian
