Default SiS 645 AGP Chipset driver/ATI 9800AIW/Creative Audio AQ with SBLi

I have a Gigabyte GA-8SR533P motherboard with the SiS645 chipset, P4,
1024MbDDR RAM, ATI 9800AIW graphics, Creative SB Live! sound, Diamond Supra
Pro CW modem, on a LAN. It has run WinXPPro SP2 for 3 years+.
Recently I installed Windows Vista Business.
After alot of work, I got the Diamond Pro CW driver working, BUT I still
have these issues:
1. The Creative SBLive! Audio HQ software reports that the hardware is
missing, although I have sound but no means of controlling any of the i/o on
the card.
Therefore Q1: does anyone know of a source of Audio HQ that works with Vista?

2. I have installed the Vista version of the ATI Catalyst drivers and they
work apparently with a generic Vista SiS645 AGP driver, but provide no TV
Tuner or remote control.
HOWEVER when I run some applications (e.g. SecondLife) I get the message
"SiS AGP driver is out-of-date". So I downloaded the latest (v1.21) driver
BUT that stops the ATI graphics driver from loading. And SecondLife doesn't
run with a generic graphics driver.

SO I can have the ATI graphics driver OR the latest SiS AGP driver but NOT
both!
Therfore Q2: is there anyway to get an up-to-date SiS645 driver to live with
the Vista ATI Catal;yst driver ?

Any ideas will be appreciated.
