Once you have created the shortcut mentioned above you can assign any
unused keyboard shortcut combination to the shortcut to get what you
want for your info a full list of default windows shortcuts is here ..

I do this using DUST (not free unfortunately, but very cheap).

Oh, by the way, you can also switch user by right clicking them in Task
Manager (Users Tab) and selecting Connect.
