i'm searching to make a back-up of my files using automatic backup on Vista,
but when I start it, it says that it's impossible to create a shadow copy...
what a shadow copy is? and why my pc cannot create it on my external hd?
Its something that steals your hard disk space and remains hidden in the
shadows...

A shadow copy is a snapshot of a file before its original content was
created. Does the backup specify the file? If so, go to that file in its
original location, right click it, select the Previous Versions (tab) and
