setup.exe has stopped working error while installing MSDN 2008.

Hello, when i try to install MSDN 2008 by clicking "setup.exe", i immediately
get a error message : "setup.exe has stopped working". Is there a fix for
this ? Any suggestions/ideas ?

Did you right-click the exe and select Run as Administrator. Have you
shutdown software such as AV or spyware software that could be interfering?

Hi Arnold, yes i shutdown the AV service and ran as admin, still getting the
error.... seems to be a Vista issue.
