Does anybody know of a serial port Express card that is compatible with
Vista? I just purchased the SIIG CyberSerial Express Card, but the driver
won't load--apparently it is not compatible with Vista (works with WinXP).
SIIG emailed me that they don't have a driver. Is there a work around for
this on Vista?

You know whats f-ed up about that... http://www.siig.com/driver.asp?pid=612&catid=73
(link to driver) and it says 'Windows Vista 32-bit' so I install the
drivers they load and everything looks good until I do a simple 'echo
blah > COM1' and garbage comes out after doing it like 5 times... they
say it's compatible, but it's not.
I have just purchased a SIIG Cyberserial Express Card, and was told it
would work fine with Vista, but come to find out that is incorrect.
This seems to be a common problem with different things I try to run
with Vista. Anybody have any suggestions on a card that is compatible?
I would love some feedback! Laura
