Default SDHC cards

My computer reads normal sd cards OK but I have just bought some sdhc 8GB
cards and the computer doesn't sem to recognise them.
Any suggestions?

The sandisk is probably using a USB case to adapt for your computer. It's
possible that you do not have a 2.0 USB. The Properties of the device will
show that in Device Manager. (in control panel)
