Screen Resolution Changes

Do you know why my screen resolution changes when resuming from sleep mode?

I have a new dell laptop
Does this on both a/c and battery power
Only when resuming from sleep mode, not restart or anything
dell support had me update a few drivers and their quickset program

Problems when resuming from sleep mode in Vista are very common, and I
suffer from them too. The only thing I can suggest before MS finally sort
this out is to try updating your BIOS and graphics drivers to the latest
versions.
