Scanner and Camera Control Panel

Clicking on the Scanner and Camera icon in the control panel gives me
an Application not found erroro message.

My research shows that this application is STICPL.CPL.
A search reveasl that this module is not on my C drive. Nor can I find
it on the Vista installation DVD.

Does anyone have a clue on how to go about installing this control
panel element?

No, in Vista, it is ImagingDevices.exe
