SamSung RW 48-24-48

I Know that this is not the correct group to post this request, but I
couldn't find a better one. I have been having probelms with my
SamSung RW 48-24-48 Disc Drive (CD) in that each time I try to "Burn"
a CD, it starts, but it never gets to beyond that point (i.e.,
starting); it just hangs there, and later it tells me that there is an
error. I "think" I have a driver problem. But I cannot seem to find
the correct page for the driver. I have already been to SamSung, but
with no avail. Can "Anyone" out there please help me? Just point me to
the correct page in order to download a new driver. I will certainly
appreciate any efforts.
