Default Safely Remove Hardware Icon

Hi, is there a way I can create an icon for the remove hardware function when
I go to unplug a USB device. I know there is a tiny little icon in the
package tray. I want to make a big one on the desktop. Thanks

Right click Desktop > click New Shortcut, in the location field type
"%windir%\System32\RUNDLL32.EXE shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll", and
save, then just click, remember to exclude quotes.
