Default Restore

I have Vista Home Premium all updates.

I installed Bamboo Pen tablet. A week later I decide to do a
restore since some problems arose. I did a Restore dated after my
installation of Bamboo. After a sucessful restore, I went to uninstall
Bamboo but it won't uninstall. I checked the Programs directory but
can't find it. There are still some desktop remnants of Bamboo. Any
reason for a restore to delete a program and make it unable to remove it?

Any help?

Thanks

Simplest thing to try is to install Bamboo Pen Tablet again and then uninstall it.
