Within the last week I loaded Windows 7 RC in
Virtualbox on my Vista PC. It worked a treat
and I am well pleased with its operation.
I was also surprised at the ease with which
it loaded through Virtualbox.
I have never actually used Virtualbox up to
this point, and I now wish to return my PC
to its former Vista operating system until
the official first release comes along.
Question...
Do I simply delete the virtual HDD and
virtual Machine to make this happen, or
is it more complicated than this? Should
I expect to have to tidy up a lot of
'debris' in this exercise.
---
I know I may sound stupid asking about this
which is possibly because I am quite stupid
and don't want to mess up my PC.

All you have to do is delete the 2 files. That is one of the beauties
of vBox.

Thank you. This is what I suspected but was
insufficiently experienced to believe.

OTOH, it is harmless to leave it in place if the OP is not using it, except
for the hard drive space used, of course.
