Default reliability and performance monitor

What good is it? I've had multiple crashes that it didn't recognize. Just
yesterday (to cite an incident), I was playing with Media Center (a program
I like, by the way) watching some on-line stuff, and clicked one too many a
button, and it crashed. It gave me the choice to debug or not, which made
it crash even harder, because it said it didn't have anything to debug with
(I don't remember what it said it needed). I'd do the 3-fingered salute,
choose task manager, and I'd get a blank screen. I'd do it again, and some
of the media center was there. Finally, had to force a shutdown. Did the
reliability monitor pick that up? Noooooooooooooooooo.

Vista ME II (or Vista 95 II according to some). What a pig.
