Default Reinstalling vista problem

I just reinstalled vista on my rebuilt pc and now its asking me to activate
but it says my key is already in use.
how can I get around this?

My vista is a genuine 32bit vista home premium. I rebuilt my pc from the
ground up, the only bits the same are the hard drives.

And yes, I did pay for my vista and still have my ebuyer receipt for it (its
an oem version, I didnt want the 64bit as I dont need it)

You can reset your Windows Vista activation by performing the following:

1. Click on the Start button and in the Start Search box type in: slui.exe 4
2. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Select your Country.
4. Follow the instructions for phone activation.
5. Once completed, restart your computer.

Not online activation. You have to activate by phone. You product key is
only good for one(1) online activation. Any additional activations from
the point of the very first one will have to be done by telephone.

Unless you have a product key like mine which does activate online
everytime. But those are give out by hand to particular individuals with
special machines. Probably less then 100 in the United States. World
wide I have no idea. But your average user will get only one online
activation.
