Default Recieving a DB2 UDB SQL5005C SYSTEM ERROR right after system start

System will not allow me to open up internet explore. Can not believe a error
messages comes up without me being able to find any reference to it on
Microsoft. System is using Vista, hope someone has run into this problem
besides me and has a fix for it.... many thanks. System was operational until
i cleared out my recent activity and then it started up, do not have a
current restore, should have know better, i agree...... please help

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.
