Real Player and Vista

I'm trying to download real player on Vista Home Premium.on new HP Pavilion
DV2000 with constant "can't decompress" errors. Real has suggested turning
off or uninstalling Virus Protection and turning off firewalls - I've done
all with no success!
(Desperate to listen to the BBC!). Real says it sometimes happens - not
terribly helpful...

Can anyone help?

You could download Media Player Classic which will play RealMedia codecs.

May I suggest Real Alternative Lite. It's freeware, works ok on my Vista
Home Ed.
