Default Program Stopped Working

I have two windows that appear when I start my computer. I have Windows
Vista on a new computer and I am trying to get programs installed that I
use. These appeared after I installed WordPerfect Office X3

The first is "InstantWrite Control Center has stopped working" The second
is "Tray Starter has stoped working: Both give the following message: "A
problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available" However, I have not
received a solution from Windows. Any ideas?

You have solved this by now, but your post helped me trace my same
problem to the WordPerfect installation. Pinnacle Studio installed
automatically when I installed WordPerfect and caused the same problem
on VISTA. It also caused my cd/dvd player to fail. I solved the
problem by uninstalling Pinnacle Studio CD/DVD. Control Panel,
Programs, Uninstall programs select Pinnacle and uninstall. Now the
messsage is gone, Wordperfect works and everything works fine.
