Product ShareIns error 176

A new problem (for me) with Vista. I uninstalled McAfee Securit Center
after the free copy expired. When I restarted I had something come up about
unable to find Product ShareIns and then gave me an error 176. It has
happened each time I restart the computer. Any Idea's?
