Default Password Reset Disk?

Per the Vista Help function, it appears that one can only
have ONE password reset disk. That is my interpretation
based on the statement to the effect that the creation of a
password reset disk invalidates previous password reset
disks. I'd like to have two such disks, one to keep in a
safe part of my home, and another to keep at a safe off-site
location.

Two questions:

1. Is there a way to make a second password reset disk
without invalidating the previous one?

2. If I duplicate the password reset disk, using the copy
function for a 3.5" floppy, with both the original and the
copy work?

Thanks.
