How do you make the leap from a web mail service being down to it being a
Vista problem?

Moron...

Hello...

it seems that there is some sort of trend to make low quality products and
services..

this trend happened after XPSP2, and to be exact, everything started with
the release of vista.

Havent you heard that MS is trying to buy Yahoo.. if they like it or not!
Force takeover!

If their LIVE web services were so great why would they need yahoo for?

MS knows that after vista they are in trouble.. they cant seem to get
anything right...

Whatever success they are having is because of their past... but in the
computer world
things change rapidly... and if you make too many mistakes you are out of
the game.

It works with Firefox using my favorite OS but I did get this little
message after signing into Hotmail:

"This is the classic version of Windows Live Hotmail
This version works better with your browser. The full version of Windows
Live Hotmail runs on Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher (make sure you
check the system requirements before you install it). The full version
also works on Firefox 1.5."

I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.12

The point is that you are posting 'off topic' threads here. Yes, you are
capable of posting some helpful messages, but these are nullified if you are
going to bury the helpful posts with FUD.

I strongly disagree. Of course you are incorrect.

First of all my post is very helpful since people who are reading this are
being informed
that there is a general problem since many cannot log into live messenger or
use other live products
that are actually programs.

Microsoft wants to integrate the web services and the desktop as much as
possible
knowing that the cloud is the future. Practically your use as an MVP will
vanish very soon
there will be no "desktop experience". Everything will be integrated on the
web, with a very light skeleton OS driving the web based enviorment. Yes you
will become extinct like a dinosaur.
Having Windows Live Mail and live messenger as applications that integrate
with the live sites
as well as foldershare I think my posts are very relavent.

Being a netnanny is highly unadvisable and I frown on such attempts.

I suggest you run along and try to pick on someone who has your IQ or lower.

Just out of curiosity, how does one "get ride of that ..."? I could
figure "get a ride" or "get rid" but "get ride" fails to compute.
