Default No 3D anymore when switching between windows

I have Vista Home Premium and when I first used it the switch between windows
showed a cool 3D look. I must have changed something accidently because now
it is just a box with the logos inside of it. I lost that cool 3D look. What
did I do and how can I get it back?
Thanks.

Hi Steveb,

Check to make sure that "Windows Aero" is selected as your Color
Scheme. This tutorial will show you how.

This tutorial has more information in the "Switch between windows" or
Flip 3D.

Make sure the Windows Aero Glass theme is enabled under (Personalize >
Windows Color and Appearance

If the theme does appear, try refreshing your Windows Experience Index.

1. Click Start
2. In the search box, type Performance Information and Tools, hit enter
3. Click the Update my score link
4. Click Continue on the User Account Control dialog

Hi steveb,

There are two main ways to switch windows in Vista.
The first is the standard, ALT+Tab and you'll see a box with logos/previews
of the windows in them.

The second is using the WinKey+TAB. Hopefully that give you the 3D look that
you're looking for.
