If you're planning on "suing" msn, may I suggest that you just join the
existing class action lawsuit against Microsoft.

Try Re-Booting first. That don't work look for updates. That don't
work try downloading and installing the latest version of Live
Messenger from Windows Updates.

Hard to see hoe they will "message you" iwhen they fix it as it is
shut down cos it is broken.

Could possibly be suspicious I don't know I don't use MSN I use GAIM.

Somebody will tell you whats wrong hopefully.

BTW your English is fine, lots of people are suing microsoft - think
you wanted "Surfing"

I am using MSN Messenger 7.5 with no problems. There is a standard message in
Vista when you have a problem that goes like this:" we are unable to find a
solution at the present time, we will notify you , etc, etc"
