Default Microsoft Windows Picture and Fax Viewer in XP

Just to confirm:

1) no more Microsoft Windows Picture and Fax Viewer in XP?

2) in xp windows explorer, if we select a folder with image files, then we
can preview the selected file as a bigger preview on top while the others
image file show as a horizontal list in thumnail (oh my god, i forgot what
shall i call it in xp...remind me). No more such layout in vista?
Althought in vista explorer, we can show the preview pane, but i still
prefer the old xp style which we can scroll through file by file.

Regards,
