Itunes starts as black rectangle in Vista w Aero

Hi
Dell Inspiron 9200 w nvida geoforce go (latest drivers) 7900gs. When
iTunes starts it is just a black rectangle on the screnn. If I grab a
corner and resize it even slightly itunes looks fine. not a major
problem, but annoying. Anyone else have the same problem, or better yet
a fix?
Not looking to blame Dell, nvida, apple or MS, just looking to fix,
