Internet Explorer Not Displaying

Hello all.

Having a problem with Internet Explorer on two Vista machines where it will
not display any pages. I have connection and can ping anything as well as
send and receive email but it just won't display pages. I've tried several
things such as turning off protected mode and even installing FireFox to
see if that would help but no luck so far. If anybody has an idea it would
be much appreciated. Thanks!

Have you used the network diagnostics?

Do you have a firewall? Is it denying the connection?

Does your ISP have a proxy server?

Maybe the internet doesn't like you? ( Just kidding )
