Insufficient Free Memory

I am receiving a message concerning insufficient free memory whilst
endeavouring to download emails on Outlook 2007 using Vista Ultimate? Can
anyone assist me in finding a solution?

How much memory do you have on your machine?
What error codes are you getting in your event log?
What is you pagefile set to?

In addition to previous questions - an "insufficient memory" message can be
generated by having too many applications open - or specific applications
that are not releasing resources.
