Parrot, Vista SP1 ISO:

Vista SP2 ISO:

These are for 32bit Vista. 64bit versions are available as well.

For Vista updates, I have it set to notify me. I then run updates manually.

When I update, it does not show me the SP2 update as one that is available.
Why is that?

You have a driver or piece of hardware that is supposedly incompatible. You
could go to the downloads page and manually download/install it if you are
feeling lucky.
