Default InfCache Issue - "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device"

Hello,
There has been a QFE released for this issue.
This is the problem that was reported when installing new hardware devices
in the system.
937187 Error message when you try to install a new hardware device in
Windows Vista: "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver
software for your device"

To obtain this hotfix, go to the link below, and enter the
KB article number of 937187 and a valid email address.
