Default Import EFS Certificate

I backed up the certificate and then deleted it from Certificate
Manager. Then I imported it to the same place but the way it is
displayed on the Certificate Manager is different from previous one.
Now under "Issued To" header is "Administrator" and under "Issued By" is
"Administrator". Previously instead of "Administrator", my account name
was there in both places.
Is there a way to restore the original way of listing the Certificate?
