Default IE 7 and sending forms

How to enable sending forms via IE 7 in my Vista? Now it seems I cannot send
forms on webpages.

It should do this by default.

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced

gives you a couple of options to restore settings.

OR

Tools > Internet Options > Security > Reset all zones to their default level

If you've tried those suggestions then the only other thing I can think is
that you've got some security software installed that's preventing scripts
from running on webpages.

If you have then try running through the settings within that / those
program(s) relating to scripting (eg javascript) and forms.
