Default I've got two questions about BUGS

Well, first, the shorcut "ctrl+alt+del".
In vista, unlike in others versions, it opens a weird window with the
options "change user, close session, acces to control panel".
In XP, it was opening directly the control panel. (I guess it is called like
that in english, here in france it's "gestionnaire de tâches")
I want the same, because when I'm needing the control panel, it's because my
computer is bugging. And this "weird window" won't open because it slows the
computer more ! So when I press ctrl+alt+del I want directly the control
panel. How to fix that ???

Secondly, what is this screen when I reboot (it happened for the first time
today) with several lines following the same shema:
##%. ###### entry out of ###### done.

You can use CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to quickly access the Task Manager

This ones a little odd, it doesn't even look like a "normal" windows
error message.

Have you recently installed any new programs that could be causing
this? Try updating your virus protection and running a full scan.
