Default How to set up system which allows waking up with no password

I set up the system to boot without entering password but it is still
required when the system wakes up from sleep or hibernate. How can I let
the system comes back without entering password?

Using Power Options
Change Plan settings for the power plan you are using
Change advanced power settings
additional settings / require a password on wakeup
is where you set this option.

Control Panel/Power Options---first choice in left panel ('Require a
password on wakeup') change the setting.
