How to install LIP in vista Business

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your update, I already visited these links but unfortunately its
not help me. In download center if I search for LIPs their is no result for
vista only for xp is their. And in the following link

I don't know what to do because i have to change my language to germany. But
their is no german option.

What i need to do is I have to install LIPs in vista Business so that the
Display Language option will be available under Keyboard and Languages which
is in Regional and Language Option.
