Default How do I make these stop??

I want the On-Screen keyboard and Narrator to quit
starting every time I turn on laptop. How do I make
them quit launching???

Open control panel
Click on Optimize visual display under Ease of Access
Uncheck turn on narrator
Click on apply
Restart system
