Default Host Process for Windows Services har failed

Hi, I have Windows Vista Ultimate OEM, and it has worked perfectly, up until
recently. I have started to get the message "Host Process for Windows
Services has failed and was terminated". Its in norwegian here, so I
translated as best I could.

When I chech the logs I get these Application Errors all the time saying.
"Faulting application svchost.exe, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549adc4, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549bdc9, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000af1c9, process id
0x478, application start time 0x01c80c1f81d62a38."

When the message appears I can no longer open Computer Management, Windows
Themes stopp working, If I try to log off or shut down the computer, it
starts the process, but when the screen that says "loging off" or "shuting
down" appears, it just stays here doing nothing,. So I have to force a
shutdown/reboot. Its really annoying.

Anyone have a solution to this problem?
