Default HELP: Windows Vista Kernel Corruption!

Hi,
Every Time I restart windows it won't boot up with this message:
"ntoskernel.exe missing or corrupt"
"Status: 0xc000000f"
then I use Windows CD to repair the it.
It successfully repairs windows can the next time windows successfully boots
up for once!
again after a restart the same message apeares and I have to repair windows
again!

I am using windows vista ultimate!
