You can contact the appropriate regional Microsoft Product Activation Center
by selecting the Activate by Telephone option in the Product Activation
Wizard. As soon as you select your country or region, the appropriate
telephone number will be displayed.

Note If you receive an invalid installation ID, the customer service
representative may have you select the Change Product Key option in the
Product Activation Wizard.

George,

When you click to activate Vista, in *Control Panel* (Classic View) -
*System*, does it not give the option to do a phone activation? (in the
First section)

'*Activate Vista by Phone*'

The number for the UK is:

(toll-free) *0800 018 8354*

(toll) *+44 870 2411963*
