Default Help and Support

I know I have seen this before and I apologize for reposting:

I am running Vista Ultimate and my Help and Support has disappeared. It was
there when first installed. How do I get Help and Support back and
working??

Right click the start button, select properties then customize start
menu, check HELP.

If your going to make changes to settings it's best to do them one at
a time and see what the effects are, that way you wont forget what you
changed and where you made the change. Once you get more familiar
with what settings actually do then you can start making more changes
at any one time.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the response, but Help & Support was turned on there. I ended up
reformatting and now have Help & Support and hope it stays put.
Reformatting is a PITA.
