Help and Support

Each time I try to open my Help and Support in Windows Vista I get the
message "Internet Explorer cannot download /from help"
Can anyone help me out with this

Do you have an "always on" internet connection?

Have you recently installed Dreamweaver?

Vista help system stops working when Dreamweaver is the default XML editor:
