HELP!! Logging in to windows vista

Okay, my cumputer installed updates before it shut down, and now I try to log
in to my account and it comes up with this message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the logon.
User Profile cannot be loaded."

What do I do?? That was the only account that was administrator.

Reboot, and at startup tap F8, and go into Safe Mode. You should be able to
log in as Admin
