I have no group policy editor {gpedit.msc} program on my computer. I am using
Vista Home Premium (32bit). I do have gpedit.dll? Any help on this will
really be great.

It doesn't come on Home Basic or Premium. You may have to resort to getting
it off of a higher version of the O/S if someone you know has one like Vista
Ultimate.

Just like the behavior in XP Home, gpedit.msc will not run on Vista Home
Basic/Premium. The OP should post back with the actual problem he is
having (if he is having one other than just wanting the Group Policy
Editor) so he can get help in making Registry changes, etc.
Ok that explains alot. There are a number of msc snap ins that wont run w/
home premium. Its no big deal. Thanks for the help.
