Graphite

Whenever i go to Color and Apearence it takes me to the windows classic
thing, not the new one that offers me the graphite and other color options.
how do i change this?

Go to Themes and select "Windows Vista", then to Color & Appearance, you may
also go to classic and choose "Windows Aero" for the color scheme. I also
assume you aren't using Windows Home Basic and have a compatible video card.
