Default Graphics Server?

Hello,
Recently a program "Graphics Server 5 for Microsoft Windows" became lodged
in the task bar. It does not respond to Restore. All other options on a
right-click are unavailable. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help.

Vista 64 SP1.

Run the task manager and terminate the process.

Or even just reboot.
