There are several issues there:

* SP1 should be Release AASP
Why would a Service Pack be released as soon as possible? Why not just
include it in the product? The service packs are meant as interim fixes
for problems after the product was finished. Why work on a SP
simultaneously as the product?

* Microsoft should Create drivers For Programs .
I'll assume you mean hardware. Why would Microsoft make drivers for
other manufacturers hardware? Do you expect Chevy to support a Ford part
just because?

* Dos is Useless
Depends on your point of view and usage. I use it quite frequently.

* Support Alot of Apples Product
Why doesn't Apple include support for Windows? They are the ones that
need to support the OS.

* Dont Copy Apple
Don't copy Apple, but create drivers and support for their products...

* Warn Users if Someone trying to access There Computer
Intrusion detection system. Too much for the average user. Why not just
get IPCop and some addon's.

* Command Prompt should be Alot more User Friendly
It is. For those that need it. Windows is for the easy to use crowd. The
command line is there for us old timers that know how to use it.

Not that they are bad idea's or anything. That's just my opinion on your
idea's. I've got a lot of suggestions, myself. Including the WinFS in
Windows Seven. And a BSOD with more information would be a lot more
helpful to the general user. Faster booting... That could be done with a
SSD hard drive. New UI would be ok, but people complain that Vista
strays too much from the classic UI... Virus free can never happen.
Heck, even PalmOS has viruses.
