I set up a user password on my labtop and I forgot it. I am using Vista and
I didn't set up password for admin or guest. I tried Ophcrack CD but it
couldn't find my password. Is there any way to find or crack the password
without format the computer?

Try the above password recovery. Same deal as ohpcrack, make a Bootable CD.
Print out the info on how to use, too.

That works very well, usually the defaults work just fine.

Have you tried typing in administrator for the user and hitting return.
You said you didn't set up a password for the admin account.
