I've looked, looked, and read and read, don't think there is a way to change
desktop fonts - I know I have limited size changes available, but in case I
have missed something, is there a way to change my desktop fonts in Vista?
Right click Desktop > Personalize > Windows Color and Appearance > click the
'Open additional appearance settings > click Advanced > click in the Item
listbox and select Icon and then click in the Font: listbox.
